Input Handling
The user may provide:

The blog must contain at least 500 words. For CJK text without whitespace, accept an equivalent long-form article only when it has enough body substance, usually about 800 or more CJK characters excluding navigation, boilerplate, author bio, comments, and CTA blocks.
If the input is too short, not a blog/article, or only a topic brief, ask for the full article before drafting. Do not fabricate source facts to compensate.
If the user provides a URL and browsing is available, fetch the article first. If fetching fails, ask the user to paste the full text.
Mandatory Workflow
1. Validate And Normalize The Source
- Confirm the article is long enough.
- Remove menus, newsletter CTAs, unrelated author bios, comments, comments widgets, related-post blocks, and repeated boilerplate.
- Preserve source URL, article title, author, date, and any claims, examples, numbers, quoted lines, screenshots, or product details that may affect the post.
- Separate article facts from interpretation. LinkedIn posts can have judgment, but facts must come from the source or cited trend research.
- If the article contains unverifiable claims, keep them as claims from the article rather than presenting them as external facts.
2. Extract The Article Spine
Build a private source map before writing:

Find 5-8 candidate golden quotes from the article. A candidate can be:

- A newly written angle line that faithfully represents the article.
For each candidate, score internally from 1-5 on:
- Professional relevance
- Specificity
- Tension or debate value
- Credibility
- Framework potential
- Comment potential
- Visual potential
- Safety against overclaiming
Select 1 primary soul quote and 1 backup. Label direct source quotes as
Direct quote. Label rewritten lines as Derived line.
Do not place quotation marks around a line unless it appears verbatim in the article.
4. Refresh LinkedIn Rules And Current Knowledge
Before finalizing, check references/platform-rules.md. If browsing is
available, refresh official LinkedIn sources because platform limits, product
behavior, and media guidance can change.
Use the latest official sources for:
- Post character limit.
- Difference between posts, articles, newsletters, and reposts.
- Image upload requirements.
- Link preview image requirements if the post uses a URL card.
- Whether native image posts can also use URL previews in the same post.
- Guidance on hashtags, mentions, timely commentary, questions, and rich media.
Default to a LinkedIn post, not a LinkedIn article or newsletter. Stay comfortably below the current post character limit unless the user explicitly asks for a long post.
5. Scan Last-30-Day Trend Opportunities
If browsing is available, search for relevant professional context from the last 30 days using the article spine: topic, audience pain, category, target audience, key nouns, entities, tools, companies, product names, and the contrarian edge.
Prefer these sources:
- LinkedIn official guidance, product updates, and creator/business resources.
- Company blogs, release notes, research reports, regulatory updates, and credible industry analysis.
- Reputable news, practitioner newsletters, and conference/product launch coverage.
- LinkedIn-visible posts or conversations only when they are public and verifiable without relying on private personalization.
Create a private trend-fit table:

- If the user's requested style conflicts with the article's strongest angle, adapt the strongest angle toward that style without changing the underlying point.
- Do not create alternative versions. If the result is not satisfactory, the user can ask to regenerate with a different constraint.

7. Design The Social Visual
Create one primary LinkedIn visual. The visual must turn the article's strongest idea into one clear professional argument. Do not summarize the article. Do not make a generic infographic. The image should help the viewer understand, save, or discuss one idea faster than text alone.
Before designing, decide the core point:
- What is the one sentence people should remember?
- What misconception, decision, workflow, mistake, hidden cost, or better way does the article reveal?
- Why would someone save this image, send it to a teammate, or comment on it?
If the point is weak, sharpen the point before designing.

8. Draft The Post
Writing rules:

- Write in short paragraphs for feed scanning.

- Professional tone, but human.
- Do not write like a company news release.
- Do not use empty inspirational language.
- Do not overuse emoji. Use none by default unless the user's style calls for it.
- Do not invent cases, numbers, customer quotes, research, screenshots, or product results.
- Use 0-3 hashtags only when they are relevant and not generic stuffing.
- Mention people or companies only when they add context, appear in the source, and the user has approved or requested mentions.
- English must sound like native SaaS/founder/operator content.
- Chinese must be clear, conversational, and opinionated without being clickbait.
